International MICE Expo 2024 (IME 2024)

International MICE Expo 2024 (IME 2024) is now opened for Buyer pre-registration! Over 80 convention bureaus, convention facilities, hotels and other exhibitors from all over Japan will gather here to provide useful and updated information for MICE planning.
In order to encourage more overseas buyers to participate in this event, the organizers have prepared an "Overseas VIP Buyer Program".
Requirements:
- Be involved in projects or planning of MICE (incentive travel, business meetings, international conference, or other events) with more than 50 participants within 2 years and considering Japan as a potential destination for MICE.
- Be able to attend 7 or more business meetings according to the schedule of appointments made in advance.
Buyers who fulfill the above requirements, are eligible to get the support below from the organizers:
- Hotel accommodation (2 nights) in Tokyo, including breakfast. (Single Room @ Remm Hibiya (10 mins walk to the venue of IME 2024))
- Expenses for light meal and drink at the IME 2024 networking event.

|
International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC) World Congress 2023, an international conference on control technology — a field where Japan can hold claim to having both the most advanced technology, and the best history of actual performance—was held in Yokohama City in July of 2023.
Despite Japan's leading position, this is in fact the first time in 42 years that the event has been held in the country. Everyone involved had very high expectations for this real-life, face-to-face event following the pandemic years, and it was in fact a very successful conference, one that far exceeded the expectations of the organizing staff and the participants.

Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) 2023 |

For its 19th annual Summit, the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) selected Sapporo, the capital city of Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, as the venue. The Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) is an occasion for international travel buyers and media from 64 countries to meet with local providers of adventure tourism products--an exciting blend of activities, culture, local cuisine and more. This was also the first ATWS in Japan and also the first in Asia.

Hotel Sosei Sapporo M Gallery will open on 30th January 2024 by M gallery, a premium brand by Accor based in Paris, France. (The 30-year-old former Hotel Clubby Sapporo has been completely renovated and rebranded.)
This hotel is on the site of Japan's first authentic beer brewery (Kaitakushi Beer Brewery, established in 1876), and all 118 guest rooms and suites are designed to evoke a house of the pioneering era in Hokkaido with a restaurant, fitness center and lounge.
You can enjoy the dishes with highly selected local produce in Hokkaido at the restaurant.
