Meetings & Incentive Support Menu FY2024
Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) has published their latest Meetings & Incentive Support Menu for FY2024 on their website.
 
The basic requirements for this support are as below:
  • Valid only for corporate meetings & incentive groups organized by private companies.
  • Minimum 70 visitor nights in Tokyo city. (e.g. 35 pax x 2 nights = 70 visitor nights)
  • Application must be submitted at least 1 month before arrival in Tokyo and no later than 28th February 2025.
  • The itinerary must have events held in Tokyo or at least half a day sightseeing in Tokyo.

Notes from JNTO Kuala Lumpur office:
Start contacting TCVB as soon as you receive bidding inquiries from your clients to make sure that you don't miss out the submission deadlines. Kindly note that only applications of groups which are under bidding for Tokyo city and other destination cities are accepted. Application for confirmed groups are NOT accepted.

Circuit Challenger on Actual Circuit!
Today's WOW factor idea is brought to you by Suzuka Circuit: Challenge racing on actual car racing courses!
 
Suzuka Circuit is located in Mie prefecture, but it is around 70 mins drive from Nagoya station.
So, if your group is visiting Nagoya city for their incentive trips, you may consider to include this spot for an exclusive experience here.

Suzuka Circuit is an automobile-themed park established in 1962 as Japan's first full-scale racing course and has hosted various categories of races, including international races such as the Suzuka 8-hour motorcycle endurance race.

 

Being the most popular attraction in Suzuka Circuit, Circuit Challenger is surely a great solution when speaking of WOW factor in the area.

No driving license needed and ride-along is available from the age of 2.
 
There are total 20 cars available for each race and each car is able to fit for 2 pax. So, maximum of 40 pax are able to experience driving on actual racing track!
 
Prior inquiry and reservation needed for group arrangements.
