Meetings & Incentive Support Menu FY2024 |

Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) has published their latest Meetings & Incentive Support Menu for FY2024 on their website.
The basic requirements for this support are as below:
- Valid only for corporate meetings & incentive groups organized by private companies.
- Minimum 70 visitor nights in Tokyo city. (e.g. 35 pax x 2 nights = 70 visitor nights)
- Application must be submitted at least 1 month before arrival in Tokyo and no later than 28th February 2025.
- The itinerary must have events held in Tokyo or at least half a day sightseeing in Tokyo.

Start contacting TCVB as soon as you receive bidding inquiries from your clients to make sure that you don't miss out the submission deadlines. Kindly note that only applications of groups which are under bidding for Tokyo city and other destination cities are accepted. Application for confirmed groups are NOT accepted. |
