The health and safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. As such, we have adopted enhanced sanitation measures based on guidance from health care authorities and medical experts. These measures are in strict coherence with the "Theme park Infection Prevention Guidelines" and are informed by the current situation both in Japan and abroad.
Requests to Guests Regarding Visits to the Park

The following guests are strictly forbidden to enter.
-Guests with any symptoms.
-Those who have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, or have a family member or close acquaintance who is suspected to have contracted the illness.
-Those who, within the past 14 days, have traveled to a country or region from which entry to Japan has been restricted or from which those entering the country, as well as those who have had close contact with such persons.
QR Code Registration of Personal Information
When entering the park, guests are required to register with the Osaka COVID-19 Tracing System.
Sanitation Enhancement Measure
We are currently enhancing sanitation practices, paying particular attention to high guest-contact areas through the use of alcohol-based solutions and cleaning agents.
Attractions and shows
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer has been placed at each attraction. We have placed marks in the queue line of each attraction to help guests maintain social distancing from other parties. Crew members disinfect ride seats and safety bars. Indoor theater attractions have air circulation equipment to ensure adequate ventilation. Character meet and greets as well as stage and street shows may be cancelled or modified.
Restaurants and Shops
Entry to restaurants and shops may be limited based on crowd levels. We have placed marks in restaurant waiting areas to help guests maintain social distancing from other parties while waiting for a seat. Please maintain social distancing from other parties when sitting at restaurants. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer has been placed at the entrances of restaurants and shops. Sanitation of all equipment used by guests including tables, chairs, and menus has been enhanced. Cash trays are used at all cashiers. Crew members conduct hand sanitation after each transaction.
Employees and crew members
For all crew members, we conduct training programs on COVID-19 prevention and provide day-to-day healthcare guidance. |
