Mitsui Fudosan Co., ltd. has opened their first flagship luxury property HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO on the late 2020 with The Luxury Collection, part of Marriott International.  Guests can enjoy refined exterior and interior design that expresses the aesthetic traditions of Kyoto, just across the street from Nijo Castle, a World Heritage Site.

After going through the Kajiimiya Gate which stands for the heritage and history of the Mitsui family, you can find a 1,300㎡ courtyard garden in the centre of the property.

The garden is being designed under the concept of "Teioku Ichinyo", which means a harmonious combination of both structures and gardens. You are also able to enjoy water reflection scenery from the suiban (water basin) that differs from time and seasons.
