After Japan fully opened up their border restrictions to international tourists, JNTO has been receiving lots of inquiry about JNTO Incentive Support for FY2022.
We are glad to inform all our Japan incentive events planners that we are ready to support your incentive groups departing before 31st March 2023. |

We have prepared some supports including giveaways, digital welcome signage at the airports (NRT/KIX), greeting letter from JNTO, etc.

In addition of the support provided by our headquarter office above, JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office is also striving hard to support our incentive planners in the way of providing information and giveaway support.
In order to apply for giveaway from JNTO Kuala Lumpur office, the terms & conditions are as below: |

- All Applications must be submitted to JNTO Kuala Lumpur office at info_kul@jnto.go.jp at least 1 month before Group arrivals in Japan.
- Please submit the following documents required for your application of Meetings & Incentives support requests:

Tour Itinerary
- Gifts option(s) given by JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office is final and binding.
- Collection of materials/gifts will be at JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office. (For companies/agents based out of Klang Valley area, other arrangements will be made.)
- Gifts will not be provided after the departure of group tours.

We also support event planners in Malaysia during the bidding step by providing the information as below:
- Local tourist information suitable for incentive groups
- Free images & video materials for proposal usage
- Incentive support menu presented by local governments/convention bureaus in Japan
- Connect event planners in Malaysia with local governments/convention bureaus
