The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Head Office in Tokyo is glad to inform all our Japan Meetings & Incentive planners that we are ready to support your groups departing before 29th February 2024.
There will be support for both incentive groups still undergoing the bidding process, and also for confirmed groups headed to Japan. |

- Please send in your inquiry as soon as you receive the invitation for bidding from your corporate clients, in order to best secure time for negotiations with JNTO.

- Groups with less than 200 visitor nights but spending amount in Japan of above 3,000 USD/pax will be eligible for support worth 100,000 yen/tour.
- Support exceeding these amounts will not be granted.
- Support amount will not be offered in cash.

You may select multiple items from the options below, as long as the total value is within the support amount allocated to your group.

1. Giveaway Gift for each Group Member |
|
|---|
|
|
**The gift option will depend on the support amount allocated for each tour.
**The delivery and pick up points for the gifts given by JNTO HQ are available only within Japan.

2. Digital Welcome Message at Airports (Will start around July 2023) |
|
|---|
|
・Contents of the Welcome Message can be customized.
・The length of Welcome Message is capped at full-width 30 characters.
|
|
|---|
|
3. Personal Welcome by JNTO HQ staff |
|
|---|
|
・Group members will be welcomed by a JNTO HQ staff personally
(Eligible for groups staying in Tokyo city only).
・The request may be rejected depending on the schedule of JNTO HQ personnel.
|
|

|
|
- All implementation applications must be submitted to JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office at least 45 days prior to your group departure date.
- Applications for site inspection support must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the departure of inspection trip.
- Only 1 application can be submitted for each tour. (Even if the same organization is hosting tours with staggered departure dates, they will be treated as a single tour.)
- JNTO Incentive Travel Support Services will end when the budget is exhausted.

JNTO Kuala Lumpur will temporarily stop receiving new applications for JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office Incentive Support from 15th May 2023 until further notice, due to the gift stock shortage at the office here in Malaysia.
However, we are still receiving applications for FY2023 JNTO HQ Incentive Support and other inquiries related to Japan incentive travel.
