Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau are glad to announce their latest "Tokyo's Special Offers -- For Corporate Meetings & Incentive Travel" for FY2023. The support contents are eligible for meetings and incentive groups visiting Tokyo before 31st March 2024. |

- Min. 70 Visitor Nights* in Tokyo
- Must have events held in Tokyo / At least half day sightseeing plan in Tokyo
|
|
|
|
*Visitor Nights Calculation:
e.g. 35 pax X 2 Nights stay in Tokyo = 70 Visitor nights
・Events or sightseeing plans in Tokyo are required to be stated in the trip itinerary. |

General Terms & Condition
- The application must be submitted at least 1 month before arrival in Tokyo and no later than 29th February 2024.
- Only applicants who reside outside of Japan are eligible. Applicant must be either an event owner (a company) or a meeting planner.
- Some programs may have a limit to the number of attendees due to the capacity of the venues.
- A green room (a.k.a. resting room) for performers should be provided by the applicant.
- After the support is granted, a cancellation fee will apply if any cancellation is made by the organizer/applicant. TCVB will inform applicant of the cancellation fees and other conditions.
- Applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. In the case that the number of applications exceeds the budget of TCVB, the offer will be closed, and no subsequent applications will be considered.
- All offers are subject to availability and venue conditions. When the requested program is not available, TCVB will offer an alternative program.
- All offers are valid until 31st March 2024, and subject to change without prior notice.
- Other restrictions may apply.

Okinawa Convention & Visitors Bureau has started to receive new applications of supports for overseas incentive groups. They have added a few new contents into their latest support menu! Check out the contents and propose Okinawa to your clients on your upcoming biddings.
Eligible Period: 1st April 2023 ~ 31st March 2024 |

- A group of 100 pax or more from overseas.
- At least 1 event (seminar, award ceremony, private party, private meeting, team building, etc.) in Okinawa must be included in the trip itinerary.

Terms & Condition

- The application must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date or arrival in Okinawa.
- Applications must be submitted in Japanese ONLY. (Proper noun such as company name, address, etc. can be exempted from translation.)
- Support contents might differ if the event is being held on remote islands within Okinawa prefecture.
