- Groups with less than 200 visitor nights but spending amount in Japan of above 3,000 USD/pax will be eligible for support worth 100,000 yen/tour.
- Support exceeding these amounts will not be granted.
- Support amount will not be offered in cash.

Support Contents (Updated)
You may select multiple items according to the regulations written in each section as long as the total value is within the total support amount allocated to your group.
The unit price of each support option is just for you to calculate your budget usage, you are not required to pay for the gifts/services. |

1. Giveaway Gift for each Group Member (Removed the options which are out of stock)

|
The photo frame in BLUE section is available for VIPs* ONLY.
*CEO, COO, President, etc. of the company/organization
**Gifts option(s) given and approved by JNTO HQ is final and binding.
**The delivery and pick up points for the gifts given by JNTO HQ are available only within Japan.
**All gifts are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis and is based on the timing of submission to JNTO HQ in Tokyo.

2. Digital Welcome Message at Airports (Now Available) |
|

|
・Contents of the Welcome Message can be customized.
・The length of Welcome Message is capped at full-width 30 characters.
|

3. Personal Welcome by JNTO HQ staff |
|
|---|
|
・Group members will be welcomed by a JNTO HQ staff personally
(Eligible for groups staying in Tokyo city only).
・The request may be rejected depending on the schedule of JNTO HQ personnel.

|
|
- All implementation applications must be submitted along with your trip itinerary to JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office at least 45 days prior to your group departure date.
- Applications for site inspection support must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the departure of inspection trip.
- Only 1 application can be submitted for each tour. (Even if the same organization is hosting tours with staggered departure dates, they will be treated as a single tour.)
- JNTO Incentive Travel Support Services will end without prior notice when the budget is exhausted.

JNTO Kuala Lumpur will temporarily stop receiving new applications for JNTO Kuala Lumpur Office Incentive Support from 15th May 2023 until further notice, due to the gift stock shortage at the office here in Malaysia.
However, we are still receiving applications for FY2023 JNTO HQ Incentive Support and other inquiries related to Japan incentive travel.
